Reina fragrances are independently produced perfume oils inspired by popular fragrance profiles. Reina is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original fragrance brands. They are alcohol-free, gentler on the skin and last far longer than traditional sprays.

This website is not an instant checkout. Orders are placed and completed over WhatsApp: you build your selection here, send it to us, and we confirm availability and the total with you before any payment is made.

An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it with you on WhatsApp.

Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) or direct bank transfer. We confirm everything with you on WhatsApp before dispatching your order.

Accra. Same-day or next-day dispatch via dispatch rider.

Other regions. 2–4 business days via trusted courier services.

Delivery fees. Quoted per location when you message us — no hidden costs.

For hygiene reasons we only accept returns on sealed, unopened bottles within 24 hours of delivery. If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Once an order is dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier or dispatch rider. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Perfume oils are for external use on the skin only. We are not responsible for misuse of a product, or for irritation or allergic reactions resulting from misuse. If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount first.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
